Jh Productions was founded in 1997 by Josh Hodgins. The comic started writing, producing, directing, and acting in the sketch based comedy show titled: The Josh Hodgins Show.

The Josh Hodgins Show debuted on YCTV February 22nd, 1998. The cast and crew held a live premiere at The New View to a whopping crowd of 12. The show would soon see rapid growth and within a year would be recognized with its first award of excellence.

The Josh Hodgins Show won the 15th annual YCTV award for best drama/comedy.

The show wasn't done there. By May of 1999, the show was also being recognized by Alliance for Community Media with The Best of the Northwest in the entertainment category.

Four more successful seasons would follow. The Josh Hodgins Show was truly unafraid to speak its mind or take on any issue including a protest at the city of Zillah where the group stood strong behind a woman who was ticketed for decorating her sons grave site. With the protest and exposure, the woman won her case against the city officials.

After six seasons of the show, Jh Productions decided to move on to feature films. Starting with Buried Within in 2002, the company quickly grew into its new fortay finishing the year with the film "The Burnstory Death."

In 2003 Jh Productions teamed up with Studio 22 to produce a travel guide and informational video pamphlet of the city of Yakima titled: Yakima X-posure.

Jh Productions soon started expanding to covering professional sports including: The Seattle Mariners, Seahawks, Supersonics, and Nascar Northwest.

In 2004, Jh Productions filmed its first feature length comedy titled: Missing the Mark. The comedy was a success and the company was rolling. Jh Productions finished the 2004 year by filming such figures as Vice President Cheney for CNN.

With films, documentaries, music videos, and television shows under its belt, Jh Productions started 2005 with momentum to burn.

In early 2005 Jh Productions committed to producing a television series titled: Jackson Horn.

Jackson Horn went to production in June, and premiered in Yakima at the Seasons Performance Hall on August 19th, 2005. 350 people attended this latest premiere and the company was front page of ON Magazine.

Jackson Horn went on to win the RAD Video Festival held in Yakima, Washington.

Jackson Horn made its network television premiere on FOX November 5th, 2005 at 10pm. It was an overwhelming success!

Jh Productions has truly been a success story. From its very humble beginnings on Yakima's public access station, to its network television premiere on FOX. The future couldn't look any brighter for this young production family.

In January 2006, Jh Productions signed on again with Fox broadcasting to produce the first season of Jackson Horn. With the success of the Pilot not far behind, the 12 episode first season was merely a formality as the cast and crew geared up to make television history.

Jh Productions moved into new territory. The 22 week shoot schedule was the longest yet for this young company, but with great support from the community and sponsors, the show is truly be a benchmark for local and regional filmmakers.

In September of 2006 Fox released a statement saying that Jackson Horn had "gathered unprecedented critical acclaim" and they were "proud to be part of this historic local event."

Jh Productions started filming on May 1st, 2006 and wrapped up on October 15th, 2006. The 112 day shoot marked the first independent project of that size with that budget to make it on a major network.

On November 15, 2006 Medford Oregon signed on to be a part of the Jackson Horn family. With a commitment for Season One, KMVU Fox 26 led the charge in Oregon expanding the show further into the Pacific Northwest.

December 2nd, 2006 Jackson Horn Season One debuted at the Seasons Performance Hall, then on FOX television! The event featured host Randy Beehler, and performances by Stephanie Long, Chokeout and The Late September Dogs.

December 29th, 2006 Jackson Horn was picked as the "Best Show in the Valley" in "On" Magazine's annual "Best of the Year" edition.

February, 17th 2007 - The Season Finale of Jackson Horn aires. It is a huge success. This benchmark represents the ten year anniversary of the production company (Feb, 22nd).

April 9th, 2007 filming began on another Jh Productions feature film.

July, 17th 2007 - Jh Productions co-production of "Kay Kay and his weathered underground Live from the Pretty Parlor" is featured on "Last Call with Carson Daly."

Later in July Jh Productions officially signed on with Loveit TV as production partners on several documentaries and films. This paired up the company with such amazing talents as: Joe Paddilla, Tom Bower, and Kevin J. Foxe.

September, 14th 2007 Jh Productions partnered up again with Martin Jarmick, Mike Ragen, and Tom Pfaefel on a new live DVD titled: The Senate: Live from Cafe Solstice. The Band and the DVD are amazing. This group of collaborators first teamed up on the before mentioned "Kay Kay" project.

September, 28th 2007 Jh Productions in association with Loveit TV helped produce the video project of "Mountain of Peace." The play, written by Frances Key, and performed at UNF was a huge success. The message of peace and diversity was embraced throughout the community of Jacksonville, Florida and now the play looks to expand.

December, 24th 2007 - Fox announced its plans for a second season of Jackson Horn. The 26 episode venture would go into production in 2009.

January 4th, 2008 - Jh Productions goes to work with Bob Goodwin (Executive Producer of the X-Files) on "The Cody Rivers Show" with an amazing cast and crew.

February 2008, Tom Proctor signs on to Produce and Direct Jackson Horn.

April 5th, 2008 Jh Productions and Martin Jarmick team up to shoot Camille Bloom Live: at Columbia City Theatre in Seattle. The live DVD also comes with a CD and features top notch performances.

May 4th, 2008 - Jackson Horn starts production and expands to 86 markets across the country. With a new cast, and the old crew kickin' up a storm, Jackson is sure to turn heads across the Nation.

August, 2008 - Jh Productions teams up with Ground Productions on a documentary endorsed by Matt Damon titled "Play Again."

September, 2008 - Jh Productions LLC signs on to produce "Forbidden Fruit" with Writer/Producer Jeff Madsen. The feature film hit premiered in Spring of 2009.

November, 2008. Jh Productions LLC and Mad Cats Movies LLC join forces to work on several feature films including The Last Temptation of Ziel, Broken Rose, Luvicide, C.A.B., and The Tommy Movie.

December, 2008 - Jh Productions LLC, Grandpa's RV Productions, and Sassy Productions all team up to shoot "Gold Diggers." Also, plans for Homey Improvement are put into play and Jh Productions goes into production on Meet Virginia.

February, 2009 - Jh Productions LLC and Mad Cats Movies LLC co-produce a feature film titled "Let's Not Talk About It." Also Josh Hodgins starts working with Wes Schuck, Dan Dusek, and Tory Lowe on a very powerful movie project titled: "My name is Tory Lowe."

Working in conjunction with Grandpa's RV Productions, Jh Productions brings to life Surface Tension's "We Fell" video. The premiere is held in Seattle at Studio 7 and the video receives immediate praise all around.

Production on "Meet Virginia" begins in July, the Jh Productions original series stars Natasha Sims, Liz Teisan, Kelly Wells and Josh Hodgins.

The summer OIC youth film program runs strong. This year expanding to two classes, a full production course and an acting course.

Also, in July Jh Productions teams up with Martin Jarmick again to produce "The United States Of Electronica" and their new music video.

In September of 2009, Jh Productions LLC moved into the Sci-Fi World again. This time to help bring to life Dutch Jackson's story "The Chronicles of Dawn." The film, which opens the story for a television run, is about Dawn who is attacked by demon's and left with special abilities. She uses her new found skills to hunt down and destroy the beasts that took her family from her.

Josh Hodgins wrote the screenplay and directed the film. "The Chronicles of Dawn" stars Vanessa Leigh, Tom Proctor, Chase Christensen, Jose Garcia, Ron Reaves, Elizabeth Boltz, Michaela Boltz, and Chris Waun.

November, 2009 TSI: Travel Scene Investigator gets a shot in the arm with an agreement to bring the first full 13 episode season to the small screen. The show, a CSI spoof where hosts or investigators re-discover small town America was created by Brandon Russell. TSI is Directed by Josh Hodgins as well as produced by Hodgins, Russell, Kevin Foxe, Dan Dusek and Aaron Boltz.

December, 2009 The Josh Hodgins Show gets a little rekindle as a reunion show is put together. The show features former cast members as well as a whole new crop of talented actors and comedians.

January, 2010 Meet Virginia is set to premiere with The Chronicles of Dawn not far behind. Jh Productions LLC also moves into more serious talks about The Tommy Movie, and Red Fish, Blue Fish with Tom Proctor and his production company Mad Catz Movies LLC.

February, 2010 Jh members Josh Hodgins and Brandon Russell head off to Alabama for the feature film "The Man in the Maze." The film stars Andrew Roth, Liana Werner-Gray, Erik A. Williams, and Stephanie Long-Lomenick and was produced/directed by Mitesh Patel.

April, 2010 "The Apocrypha" starts to come to life. The show, written and directed by Josh Hodgins, is set to go into production and seriously stir some controversy.

June, 2010 "The Apocrypha" goes into production. Erik A. Williams, Stephanie L. Lomenick, Chris Waun, and Josh Hodgins star in the suspese thriller.
